It is for 1 day. Departure Information Departure is from Marina Mirage, Port Douglas at 9:00 AM every day, return time 4:30 PM. The Dive A full day of sailing out to the reef on Synergy is an excellent day out. There is no better way to experience the reef than on a luxurious comfortable yacht with a small group of and a crew standing ready and available to help you make the most of your day on the reef. The day on Synergy starts with a pickup at your hotel, followed by a morning sail out to the reef, with fresh coffee, tea and pastries. After two hours of sailing it’s time to choose a mooring on the reef. Synergy has a roving permit, meaning that it can choose between any number of spots on the Tongue Reef, Rudder Reef or Chinaman Reefs to provide the best snorkeling available. A delicious gourmet lunch is prepared on board, with the afternoon yours to spend in the water enjoying the reef or relaxing in comfort on deck. The Boat Synergy II is a modern, sleek, and stylish sailing catamaran, outfitted to provide a great level of comfort and service to her guests. This 62-foot boat is over 30 feet wide, which makes for both a stable ride and lots of space for her guests. The stern end of each have stairways and entry platforms, and make for easy access to the water. We really like the fact that this boat takes just 12 folks out to the reef at a time, which means that there is a huge amount of space for the group.
